My copy editing mantra for this year
Below are some of the my favorite stories that a few of my staff members have completed. I included both the first and final draft of their story, as well as highlighted problem areas that I saw during first read. While editing, I want to give my staff members the opportunity to think through their stories, identifying problem areas and correcting what they can before it gets "red-penned." Having others correct our stories for us doesn't allow for growth.
